Hidrodinamika pulzacionih ekstrakcionih kolona sa perforiranim podovima

Abstract
U ovom radu se prikazuju istraživanja vezana za hidrodinamiku pulzacionih ekstrakcionih kolona sa perforiranim podovima. Analizirane su eksperimentalne vrednosti hidrodinamičkih karakteristika, kao što su srednji prečnik kapi, sadržaj dispergovane faze i brzina pulzacije u tečno-tečnim sistemima u ovim vrstama ekstrakcionih kolona. S druge strane, dato je i poređenje uticaja geometrijskih parametara (prečnik otvora na perforiranom podu, ukupna površina otvora na podu i udeo slobodne površine otvora na podu u odnosu na ceo pod) na hidrodinamičke karakteristike ekstrakcione kolone. U isto vreme, analiziran je i uticaj radnih parametara (brzina pulzacije, površinske brzine kontinualne i dispergovane faze) na efikasnost rada ekstraktora. U eksperimentalnim merenjima uočena su tri radna režima u pulzacionim ekstrakcionim kolonama sa perforiranim podovima, definisana kao: režim mešača-odvajača, disperzioni režim i emulzioni režim.
